8 ounces dark baking chocolate, grated
1 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts
1 tbsp crisco

Put chocolate and crisco together in a stainless steel bowl or overnproof bowl. Set it on a trivet in your Instant Pot. Carefully pour some water (1 cup)under the trivet. Press Saute and Adjust to put it on low setting. Once it says Hot, start stirring the chocolate until melted and shiny. Once it is totally melted, remove bowl to a wire rack to cool.

Place peanuts in candy cups. Once chocolate is cool, pour into a squeeze bottle and cover nuts with chocolate. Place in refrigerator to cool. Once cool, place them in a decorative box.
